Mr Jaya Chandra Reddy Born in a middle class agricultural family, He observed during his educational career, how and why most of his friends had become dropouts from schools and colleges due to lack of guidance and direction. This has sowed the 1st seed in his mind as to what to be done to parent it, and in due course it has became an obsession for him that he should see people educated along with him.

Mr Jaya Chandra Reddy comes to school daily He comes to learn. His subjects are students' needs, their hurdles and their fears and doubts. His teachers are the experiences and the outcome of every single issue. In his words, "Education begins the day you think you've not learnt anything". We can only say - happy learning.

"I always believe and keep telling my students that a positive attitude will take you to great altitudes. The intention to contribute to the development of the society is primary. The action will naturally be reciprocal. Vighnaan was born with a strong commitment for a social renaissance, the parents and well wishers took the movement forward.".

He always has strong conviction that an institution should make every student perform well in their studies and live up to the expectation the parents reposed on the group. Such institution should provide a conducive atmosphere where there is no pollution in any form for the students to study better and better. Accordingly all the Vighnaan schools have been set up far from the madding crowds in serene and calm environments.
